Accessibility Guide
Please read below our accessibility guide. We are always very happy to answer any questions so that you can establish if Rill House is suitable for your needs.
If you have any special requirements or medical needs for either you, or your fellow guests who you are booking on behalf of that you feel may not have been clarified by the text or photos on our website or the below access and Disability statement, please email or call us on 07767 313060 prior to booking. We will be able to answer any questions and help you establish if Rill House is suitable for you. We will try to make any reasonable adjustments we can but it may not be possible to accommodate all your requests/requirements. In those cases, it is your decision if you feel Rill House is suitable and wish to book. We will not be held liable if you discover on arrival that the house is not suitable for your needs.

Consideration of Internal Decoration
We have chosen a light colour for all the painted internal walls
All rugs are short pile to reduce the risk of trip hazards and are contrasting colours to the wooden floors.
Suitable outside space
Large level courtyard. Further large garden with a small stone footbridge between courtyard and garden. Step up and step down across the bridge
Considerations for Dogs with mobility issues
Rill House has solid floors downstairs with low pile rugs. The kitchen is tiled and the remainder is wood. Both have been chosen to be as non slip as possible.
The garden grass and we may be suitable for dogs who use wheels to get around.
Considerations for younger guests for Rill House
As well as 8 guests in beds we welcome 2 children under the age of 2 in travel cots. We provide 2 travel cots but not bedding, 2 high chairs
We also have plastic cups, plates, and bowls.
Considerations guests with dietary requirements for Rill House
We cannot guarantee what ingredients have been used in the house, or what kitchen equipment has previously been used with which ingredients.
We do provide a number of different sizes of baking trays if food is required to be cooked separately as well as having 3ovens. We also supply a range of pans and cooking utensils to help guests when cooking.
In the kitchen, there is an American-style Fridge Freezer
